On December 21, 2020, the LF-120t supplied by TYMEC for a steel plant in Wu'an City, Hebei Province was successfully put into production after a one-time hot test. This has become the ending battle of TYMEC in 2020, and it has drawn a successful conclusion to the work of this year!

The customer originally had two 120t converters. In order to achieve high-efficiency and high-quality production, improve product quality and better coordinate the production of converter steelmaking and CCM, the customer requested our company to build an LF-120t. (The first phase plans to build one set LF equipment). Based on the original layout and spatial location of the workshop, the two 120t LFs will be arranged in a four-car five-station process. The de-dusting will be the fourth hole of the roof + semi-closed smoke hood. Alloys, auxiliary materials, etc. are added to the ladle through alloy silos, belt conveyors, and feed pipes.

The successful commissioning of this set of LF-120t meets the customer's goal of achieving efficient and high-quality production and improving product quality. The customer is very satisfied with the reliable and efficient operation of the LF equipment. This is another affirmation of "TYMEC Quality".
