On September 15, 2020, the 1# 110t LF in the expansion and transformation of the CSP refining furnace of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. No. 1 Smelting and Rolling Plant, which was undertaken by TYMEC, succeeded in a one-time hot test and went into production smoothly, which realized the target of production increase for the user.

In order to realize the expansion and production increase of the user No. 1 rolling mill, on the basis of the original 3 sets of LFs, for each set of LF expansion transformers, the existing LFs were transformed, partly used, and partly upgraded to meet production needs. Its purpose is to improve the heating efficiency of the refining furnace, shorten the process time, and increase the output.

This year, up to now, TYMEC has been fortunate to have designed, manufactured and supplied 6 sets of LFs (including renovation and upgrading) for this customer, and all of them have been successfully put into operation.
