On November 7, 2019, the LF-90t ladle refining furnace supplied by TYMEC for Xilin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was successfully put into operation.
In order to better match the primary steelmaking and continuous casting machine (CCM), the user plans to build a new LF-90t ladle refining furnace. With more than 20 years of technical engineering experience and good reputation in the industry, TYMEC stood out from many bidders and won the project successfully.

Based on the principle of “innovation development, customer satisfaction, honesty and quality priority”, all departments of TYMEC and the teams on the site worked closely together to make the project proceed as scheduled and smoothly. After successful hot test, the equipment runs stably and reliably, and the cycle of the LF ladle refining furnace is compatible with the smelting cycle of the preliminary furnace. The liquid steel produced by the workshop can be refining, and the equipment capacity of the LF ladle refining furnace is also retained as required. The owner was very satisfied with the LF-90t ladle refining furnace supplied by TYMEC and gave high praise.
