TYMEC designs, manufactures and provides two sets of 120t LF to one steel plant in Hebei province, China, with the guidance for installation and commissioning. After more than one year’s efforts of TYMEC engineers and constructors on site, No. 1 120t-LF was put into operation on April 18, 2019, which has laid a solid foundation to successful operation of No. 2 LF, meanwhile, it makes a great contribution to production of multi-grade steel and realization of the development target.
The annual productivity of 120t LF is designed as 2 million tons liquid steel, and rotary electrode, two working positions and two ladles layout is used for the equipment and the advanced international furnace external refining technology is used. In 2007, TYMEC designed, manufactured and supplied one set of 120T LF to ERDEMIR, Turkey as well as the guidance of installation and commissioning. The equipment operates smoothly after putting into operation, which is highly apprised by the owner.
