Our company TYMEC designs, manufactures and supplies one set of 120t LF to one steel plant in Wu’an city, Hebei province, and 120t LF has got successful hot commissioning at one time on Dec. 27, 2018, which brings a successful conclusion to the project in 2018.
In order to implement the smooth progress of the project, TYMEC dispatches several engineers as the project team for providing guidance of erection and commissioning for the equipment. Before hot commissioning, no load test has been carried out to single unit of equipment and each system, such as hydraulic system, pneumatic system, water cooling system and electric system etc., which is the precondition and guarantee of success of the hot commissioning of the complete set of equipment. The success of the trial operation lays the solid foundation to achieve the annual productivity expected and production of high quality steel grades for the customer.
