We contracted the general Steelmaking project for ABBAS Iron & Steel Co. in Pakistan with annual capacity of 100,000t. The project includes medium frequency induction furnace, ladle refining furnace, two-unit two-strand CCM to produce billet of 80x80mm and 100x100mm. 100% scrap smelting for producing steel grades of plain carbon steel, deformed bars for construction etc.
We supply general design for the whole workshop, water treatment and process, design, manufacture and supply for main equipments (medium frequency induction furnace, ladle refining furnace, billet CCM), and supply complete set of auxiliary equipments, material (pre-heater, lab equipment, refractory etc.). We also supplied installation, commissioning for the equipments as well as training to the process staff and operators. The project is currently in successful operation.
