Our company concentrates on the technology of energy-saving, high efficiency, emission reduction, consumption decrease, environment improvement etc. for many years, among which energy-saving and emission reduction are the most critical job. We have developed TYMEC type Scrap Preheating Device and obtained state invention patent. The patent integrates mechanical, hydraulic and PLC control to make full use of the physical & chemical waste heat of high temperature fume from EAF to preheat the steelmaking raw materials (scrap, alloy) online, and to decrease the temperature and filtering the waste fume from EAF with de-dusting system, and furtherly realize energy-saving (power), consumption decrease (consumption of electrode and refractory etc.), emission reduction and environment protection, meanwhile to improve the efficiency (above 10%) of EAF steelmaking. The device is applicable for EAF of any capacity and technical reconstruction of EAF in the old workshop. The structure features with low investment and low-cost operation, which differs from the current scrap preheating type and fill the blank of this field in China.
